Menghai Pu’er
Its rich, earthy aroma reminiscent of truffles
and smooth, full flavour, distinguish this loose-leaf Pu'er from
southern Yunnan. The deep red infusion is
aromatic and mellow tasting with a lingering, slightly sweet finish.
It's great on its own or as an accompaniment to heavy foods.
At these prices our Pu'er is perfect for everyday drinking and an
excellent introduction to the type. We stock special
grade harvested in 1999 and 2003, and first grade harvested in 2001.
