Terms & Conditions |
Orders will be dispatched immediately on confirmed
receipt of payment. If we cannot fulfil the order we will contact you at
the email address or telephone number you have provided and offer you your
choice of either a complete refund or delivery at the earliest possible
date.
If you are dissatisfied in any way with the products
received and require a refund, the goods must be returned in an unused
condition in their original packaging with a note explaining your
complaint. A refund will be arranged on receipt of the goods.
The Dao of Tea cannot take responsibility for orders
once they have been handed over to a carrier. Please ensure that the
contact and delivery information is accurate as errors may increase
delivery time or even prevent delivery altogether. No refunds will be
given for mis-delivered orders in the event of the contact and delivery
information being inaccurate.
These terms and conditions do not affect your
statutory rights. In the event of a conflict, your statutory rights take
precedence.
